Majuba Seasoning & Ingredients (PTY) LTD is in the poultry industry to assist clients who are in the process of reviewing all suitable ingredients solutions with the aim of reducing process complexity whilst maintaining and improving the client’s current quality and creative standards currently achieved.

We supply blended, functional food additives to the processed poultry industry. The functional ingredients improve tenderness, juiciness, colour and flavor. In solution, the functional ingredients create an alkaline solution, improving the water holding capacity of the meat protein. The succulence and texture of fresh and frozen poultry is improved and freeze / thaw losses reduced.
